This morning I half awake, blur blur I thought this recipe make “Lye Chee” omelete.

Then I looked at the picture then I realise it was “Kee Chee” omelete.

I have never tried both, but next time maybe I should try make Lye Chee omelete. It sounds ok.

Have you tried chocolate omelete?? Fry plain omelete then scoop 2 big spoons of Nutella (chocolate spread with hazel nuts) on top.

If no Nutella drop a couple of squares of ordinary chocolate. Actually don’t taste that bad.

    • engineer: I don’t know, it sounds a bit weird ler. chocolate with eggs? Hmmm….I love chocolate but…..Lye Chee Omelette?? Wei, that’s even weirder ler. Why don’t you try and then tell me how it taste like?
