All the prep is in the ingredients and you sit down with family and friends to enjoy at the table. The Weather Channel says it'll rain this weekend and get down as low as 15oC. I should dig out my claypot steamboat set and dust it off since Fall has officially arrived. Yum, your steamboat looks delicious! Ohhh… steamboat is my favorite cold-weather meal.
