Fat burning food – Part One

It’s been quite a while since I wrote some informative post about food so this time, I’m gonna post up information on fat burning food in a series of five. Wait, did I word the sentence right? Yep. Although there are all sorts of diets limiting this food or that food and diets restricting calories which comes from foods, I’m saying that NOT ALL food is bad and could make you pile on the weight. I love salmon and I normally eat it raw or grilled in teriyaki sauce. Sometimes, I’d bake it this way. I even cooked it in a curry once!
