Gera: thanks! Yes, this is indeed a sweet delight.

Nate: I forgot to mention, I use quite a high powered microwave which burns my food quite a lot if I cook my food too long in it. So, 30 minutes in my 1200w microwave oven is really good enough to produce juicy ribs without drying it out too much. So, I guess the cooking time really depends on the oven and its power.</description>
