I was introduced to the wonderful world of fresh herbs by The Naked Chef, Jamie Oliver. Amongst the many herbs I found in Tesco or Jaya Jusco is Rosemary.
Now this wonder herb have been touted to be full of nutrition and medicinal values. Other than being used as an ingredient while cooking, it was used to make aromatherapy oils and medicinal oils.

When we talk about cherries, usually the thought of sweetened cherries came to mind. You know, the types that were used on cakes and ice cream.

I normally do not know what to eat for breakfast and usually rely on cereal or just bread with a glass of milk. Yes, I still drink milk in the mornings although now I alternate between milk and soya milk. It’s a habit I picked up years ago and did not see any reason to stop.

There is nothing more refreshing than a drink of coconut water especially during hot, sunny days where humidity is high and the heat is overwhelming. However, if you were to go to a coffee shop or a restaurant to order a glass of coconut water, be prepared for a watered down coconut drink with sugar and ice. And it is often overpriced too.
