You get an absolutely scrumptious moist and delicious chocolate dessert. An Angry Birds themed wedding anniversary mini cheesecake

I started dabbling with fondant and cake decoration for my daughter’s birthday earlier last month and who knew it can be so darn addictive! It is fun to decorate using fondant.

Easy peanut butter chocolate cookies or mini muffins

What do you do if you have a craving for something chocolate with peanut butter and yet, you are too busy to bake a batch of peanut butter chocolate cookies from scratch? Well, you can absolutely make these!

Imported Halloween chocolates!!!

Yummm….

Halloween is not celebrated here. I know. But…who cares? I only care about the loads of imported ghostly chocolates…

There are eyeballs, lips, bloodied ears, fingers and toes…

These chocolates are not only wrapped in ‘fun’ packaging, but they are damn good too! Some has fudge filling and the best ones has got to be the peanut butter cups!!!

So, who cares if we celebrate Halloween here or not. I only want the chocolates!

Easy flourless lemon cheesecake recipe

Cheesecakes are probably the only type of cake that I could eat a lot of. Other than chocolate cakes and brownies, that is.
