Homemade English tea scones

Who needs to go to Cameron Highlands for some English tea scones when you can make it at home? I am not really a scone fan but then, that’s because I’ve never had really good ones until I tried some really good ones in Cameron Highland’s Ye Olde Smokehouse Hotel. Those are really amazing.

Easy chocolate truffles

For the longest time, I have always, always loved a type of rich, thick chocolate truffles I know as chocolate rum ball. I used to buy it from a bakery near my home when I was younger and then later, the bakery closed down. Over the years, I would search bakery after bakery for my favourite chocolate rum ball but I’d never get to find any that’s as good as the ones sold by the bakery I used to frequent as a child.

Rich Dark Flourless Chocolate Cake

It’s been awhile since I baked a flourless chocolate cake so recently, I decided to bake one. Mainly because I owe it to a diabetic friend who’s been drooling after this cake ever since I told her about the recipe! This is what made her pester me day and night to make it just for her.
