Does strawberry and roast pork go together?

It does when it comes to me rolling up my sleeves and giving roast pork a try!

We love char siew (roast pork). Especially the types that has been roasted to perfection after it was marinated. Since food prices are increasing and it is quite expensive to eat out all the time, I might as well learn to make roast pork to enjoy at home anytime. Chocolate and pork ribs is not so weird after all

Let’s just say I was extremely inspired by Jessie, The Hungry Mouse and her many creative ribs recipe that I wanted to try out some of my own. Since I simply love chocolate in anything (cookies, cakes, snacks, sandwiches, even as it is), why not try it with ribs?

Steamed Cream Cracker Cake

I had this sudden craving for steamed cream cracker cake but it is not sold anywhere. In fact, I tried asking around to see if anyone knows the recipe and not even my grandmother could help me on that.
