I love salmon and I normally eat it raw or grilled in teriyaki sauce. Sometimes, I’d bake it this way. I even cooked it in a curry once! It’s been awhile since we had salmon so I went and bought some recently. One sauce, two main dishes

Whenever I cook during the weekends, I always do it in the shortest time possible because I’d usually be alone at home with my toddler. It is not a good idea to spend too much time in the kitchen while watching over a toddler who likes to get up to all sorts of mischief.

Sweet Norwegian Salmon

If you want to talk about eating fish, the only type of fish I simply love eating is salmon. There’s no way around it. I don’t like any other old fish all that much. Mostly, I can’t stand the smell of other normal fish but salmon, especially fresh ones, I think is simply heavenly. Also, I’ve mentioned before that salmon is very healthy and good for the heart.
