Firstly, sorry for the silence…I don’t know why but time seems to move so fast and before I know it, it has been almost a week since I last updated this blog! Time sure do flies, it is already my birthday and I felt as if I just celebrated my last birthday.
Sigh…one year older, a tonne more wrinkles, an even more sluggish metabolic rate, more food turning into padding on my hips and waist…I will have to say, I don’t feel any wiser than last year except more tired, more fat, more . . . → Read More: Chicken Recipes: Healthy salmon and chicken burger

If you enjoy smoothies and fruit juices, why not make your own at home? All you need are the fruits / vegetables, some ice, water and a blender. It is easy and cheap too!
