Healthy and easy stir-fried cod fish

Cod fish is often steamed, deep fried, broiled and baked but it is very seldom that we hear of it being stir-fried. Well, since I prefer stir-frying most of my food, I thought I’d try using this healthy and easy method to prepare cod fish. Fortunately, it turned out quite good!

It is rather easy and though many would have the concern of spoiling the fish or overcooking it, I felt that if we cook it in just the right length of time, it turns out quite okay. Absolutely delicious if I may say so.

Healthy easy homemade yogurt and benefits of yogurt

I loved to eat yogurt for breakfast or as a snack. I sometimes eat it for dessert too!

However, it is not always that I like to eat yogurt. It is more of an acquired taste. I remember when I first tried out plain natural yogurt, I could not stand the sourish taste, it tasted and smelt like spoiled milk. It made me gag. Then, I discovered the fruit-flavoured yogurt. The rest is history.

In the past, I would buy tubs of ready-made yogurt from the supermarket of various brands. That was until I discovered Easiyo, where I could make . . . → Read More: Healthy easy homemade yogurt and benefits of yogurt

The facts about pomelos aka shaddock

Pomelos are pretty common here in Malaysia, especially in Perak where it is much cheaper and juicier and sweeter. However, it is very much an Asian fruit, much like papayas or bananas or jambu batu (guava) so it is very rare that it can be found in Europe or America.
