Easy peanut butter chocolate cookies or mini muffins

What do you do if you have a craving for something chocolate with peanut butter and yet, you are too busy to bake a batch of peanut butter chocolate cookies from scratch? Well, you can absolutely make these!

These may look like any regular cookie but they are not. They are flourless and so easy to make, you will be tempted to make them again and again!

Getting ready for Chinese New Year with traditional peanut cookies

Chinese New Year is a mere few weeks away and the last weekend I’ve been so busy baking up a storm that I hardly have time to do anything else. Heck, we didn’t even do our spring cleaning yet. *panic* And I’ve like five to six batches of cookies to bake and ‘give away’ as CNY gifts to relatives. *double panic* And CNY seems to be drawing nearer and nearer and I’ve not even got any new clothes! *no panic since I don’t need new clothes anyway*

Cookie Monster Bakes Part 3: Peanut Butter Cookies with Nutella filling

Before I start, let me first tell you one great news. I submitted a proposal to Foodbuzz for this month’s 24, 24, 24 event and my proposal was accepted! It was for a cookie recipe I’ve been trying out (and will probably perfect this weekend before the actual 24, 24, 24 day on Dec 31), so keep your eyes peeled for this year end to get a load of the cookies I was working on. It was not easy, I can tell you that.
