How to make rice taste more interesting

Why, you fry it, of course!

Fried rice is as common as it is everywhere when you eat outside and you can do it at home too. Don’t need to fork our RM3.50 for a measly plate of rice outside with little ingredients and sometimes, lousy taste.

Here’s the recipe for:

Ingredients

300g rice, washed and drained

250gm chicken, chopped into small pieces or preferably sliced deboned chicken breast meat

What I like about this restaurant is that they offer quite a lot of variety from different types of rice to noodles. Now, they even have snacks and starters.

So, we ordered 1 bite snack drumsticks, broccoli in white sauce, chicken chop . . . → Read More: Kim Gary Restaurant at Gurney Plaza
