Easy and simple one dish meals for lazy Sundays

Sundays are usually lazy, relaxing days for most people. Well, for most people except for mothers. Just like any other day, our job as mothers is never done. And on Sundays, when I am not at work, I have to cook for the family, do the house chores and take care of the kids. Unfortunately, my husband works on Sundays so I am usually home alone with the kids. How to make rice taste more interesting

Why, you fry it, of course!

Fried rice is as common as it is everywhere when you eat outside and you can do it at home too. Don’t need to fork our RM3.50 for a measly plate of rice outside with little ingredients and sometimes, lousy taste.

Here’s what I do when I felt like adding some jazz to our plain steamed rice with whatever ingredients I could rustle up in the kitchen.
